Classification of PVC hose:
(1) it is continuously wound with tape. Ordinary wound bellows are used to protect cables, such as magnetic card telephones and machine tools, while the bellows of desk lamps are sandwiched with steel wires in the production process.
(2) It is completely airtight and watertight, such as propellant delivery for launch vehicles, gas and water heaters.
Abnormal inspection of PVC hose:
(1) before using the hose, confirm whether the appearance of the hose has trauma, hardening, softening, discoloration and other abnormalities
(2) During the normal use of the hose, be sure to implement a monthly regular inspection. The service life of hose is largely affected by the characteristics of fluid, temperature, flow rate and pressure. When abnormal signs are found in the pre operation inspection and regular inspection, please stop using immediately and repair or replace the hose with a new one.
